碧云天生产的BeyoMag™磁分离架(BeyoMag™ Magnetic Separation Rack)是一种专门为磁珠产品设计的磁性分离装置，也称磁力分离架、磁性分离架、磁珠分离架或磁力架，主要用于磁性微粒的固液快速分离，是基于磁珠法进行核酸抽提或纯化、抗体或蛋白纯化、免疫沉淀等实验的必备装置。
本系列磁分离架设计合理、使用便捷。通过对磁分离架精密的角度设计，使样品管管体能贴紧磁力架，磁分离过程更便捷。对于1.5/2ml磁分离架，插入离心管等样品管后，离心管的下端管壁贴近于磁铁中央，从而使磁分离效率最大化，同时，分离后的磁珠聚集于离心管下端侧壁而非管底，便于移液器或其它吸液装置的吸头接触管底而彻底吸尽上清液；对于15ml或50ml磁分离架，离心管的中下端管壁贴近于磁铁；对于96孔PCR板磁分离架(FMS081)，含24颗磁铁，每颗磁铁对应4个孔，分离后的磁珠聚集于每孔的下端侧壁；对于96孔平底板磁分离架(FMS085)，含96颗磁铁，每颗磁铁对应于96孔平底板的每一孔，分离后的磁珠聚集于孔中央。
本产品具有磁性强、分离快速等特点。本产品使用高强度、高密度钕铁硼磁板，磁性强并且不易脱磁，分离时间一般在10-30秒内，磁珠回收率高，无论是大磁珠还是小磁珠均快速进行磁珠的分离。

注意事项：
如果液体量特别少，可以适当抬高离心管以使小体积液体中的磁珠接触到磁场。
本磁分离架具有极强磁场，切勿与其它磁场靠近，且应远离金属和易受磁场干扰的电子产品等。
使用后应及时擦干表面的液体，防止磁块被腐蚀。
磁分离速率受磁珠性能和溶液体系影响，通常数秒完成磁吸附，也可能需要适当延时，请待目测磁珠充分靠壁聚集后再去除上清液。
宜用200µl枪头吸除上清液，如果采用直接倾倒的方法，应将离心管或板用手适当下压并固定好，并且翻转180°一次倾倒完成，并用洁净吸水纸擦净管口。如果使用真空泵等仪器吸取上清液，请注意真空泵的吸液强度，以免吸力过强而吸取到聚集的磁珠。

This rack was designed for this application and contains rare earth Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnets, the most powerful commercially available magnets, in an anodized aluminum rack. The rack holds 24 0.2ml tubes, and is compatible with single tubes or strip tubes.

Keep magnetized parts away from mechanical/electrical instruments. The strong magnetic fields of Neodymium Iron Boron magnets can also damage magnetic media such as credit cards, magnetic I.D. cards, or other such devices. Never place Neodymium Iron Boron magnets near electronic appliances.Never allow Neodymium Iron Boron magnets near a person with a pacemaker, implantable cardioverter defibrillator, and other non-static (actively operating) implanted medical device because the magnets may interfere with the operation of those devices and/or cause them to malfunction, possibly resulting in injury or death. Steel implants, such as hip or knee replacements, can strongly attract or be attracted to the device.Neodymium magnets will lose their magnetic properties if heated above 80°C (175°F). Neodymium magnets should never be burned, as burning them will create toxic fumes.

BeyoMag™磁分离架(BeyoMag™Magnetic Separation Rack)是一种专门为磁珠产品设计的磁性分离装置，也称磁力分离架、磁性分离架、磁珠分离架或磁力架，主要用于磁性微粒的固液快速分离，是基于磁珠法进行核酸抽提或纯化、抗体或蛋白纯化、免疫沉淀等实验的必备装置。
本产品为双边12孔设计，每边6个孔，适用于1.5ml和2ml离心管。插入离心管后，离心管的下端管壁贴近于磁铁中央，从而使磁分离效率最大化。同时，分离后的磁珠聚集于离心管下端侧壁而非管底，便于移液器或其它吸液装置的吸头接触管底而彻底吸尽上清液。
本产品具有磁性强、分离快、操作便捷等特点。

室温保存。
注意事项：
对于少于20微升的小体积样品，建议延长吸附时间或适当抬高离心管以使小体积液体中的磁珠接触到磁场，也可以使用BeyoMag™磁分离架(16孔, 0.2ml/PCR管, 蓝) (FMS017)。
本磁分离架具有极强磁场，切勿与其它磁场靠近，且应远离金属和易受磁场干扰的电子产品等。
使用后应及时擦干表面的液体，防止磁块被腐蚀。
磁分离速率受磁珠性能和溶液体系影响，通常数秒完成吸附，也可能需要适当延时，请待目测磁珠充分靠壁聚集后再去除上清液。
宜用200μl枪头吸除上清液，如果采用直接倾倒的方法，应将离心管用手适当下压并固定好，并且翻转180°一次倾倒完成，并用洁净吸水纸擦净管口。如果使用真空泵等仪器吸取上清液，请注意真空泵的吸液强度，以免吸力过强而吸取到聚集的磁珠。

产品描述
Selleck磁力架产品是磁珠专用配套设备，支持Selleck全系列磁珠产品。核心组件选用强力磁体，保证快速的磁性分离。本产品适用于抗体纯化、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫共沉淀(coIP)、细胞分选和核酸分离。
应用
2mL/200μL/15mL 三用磁力架，适用离心管： 1.5mL EP管， 2mL EP 管， 200μL PCR管，15mL 离心管。可同时处理16个EP管。
注意事项
1. 根据实验参数和样品体积不同，不同实验可能适用不同样式的磁力架
2. 为减少操作过程中磁珠的损失，请将样品管（离心管或EP管）底端放到磁力架底部的凹槽内。这可以促进磁珠吸附在样品管的侧壁上。当磁珠在侧壁上聚集成一个点或线后，用加样枪轻柔吸除上清液。
3. 由于磁力架有强大的磁场，请确保不要让其靠近手机、电脑、手表、起博器、磁铁等易被磁力干扰的物体。
4. 由于磁力架具有塑料外壳，不容许将其直接接触乙酸、植物油、醛酮类、氯化烃类和其他会引起腐蚀的的物质。
5. 请勿拆卸磁块。
6. 为保护外壳，避免阳光和紫外线长时间照射。
7. 为保护磁力架磁性，请勿置于高温和强外界磁场环境。
8. 使用后请擦净并妥善放置。
